HELPING ME COPE, MY DREAM GIVES ME HOPE

After today, it will be the end of one week coping with two different eyes. I have only 19 more days to go until my second eye surgery. Instead of being angry, I have decided that my husband actually did me a favor by pushing me to move out sooner and separate our money. I am not half blind. I am definitely strong and this is an opportunity for me to embrace it! I am not imagining myself running away anymore. Instead, I am preparing myself to board a big ship that will sail off to a beautiful and unknown destination. Continue reading

THE SONGBIRD – PART 1

Now she could dream about flying and she was joyful. As she prepared herself to soar, or maybe even plummet, she had certainty about where she would be flying. She planned to fly to a destination where she could share her blessing of hope. Her message was how it was possible to sing again and to fly even when life held heartbreak. EMPTY SPACES

I am finding out now that there are many people in my situation who suffer in silence. I plan to begin writing my second book soon about this whole experience. I hope to inspire other people to find the courage to change their life. I know it will be hard, but somehow I feel the unknown has possibilities, whereas “the known” is too sad and lonely for me to live in anymore. I feel so vulnerable right now, like I just snapped. One day, I was fine with everything – and then suddenly I decided I couldn’t be that accepting person I used to be anymore.
