BORDERING ON TEARS

When people hear that I sleep so few hours, they often tell me that it is not possible to function that way. I smile with the knowledge that those people are welcome to their beliefs and can continue give themselves that message if they so choose. I prefer to tell myself a different message. SET YOU FREE-PART 1

I suffered a lot with my grief after I lost my five-year-old son; I wanted to die. I could not wake up each morning to face the pain. I grieved for a long time. Because of my music I wake up now each day with joy. I was an illustrator for thirty years, but now I am a writer and composer. It has helped me very much to express my pain through my music. when you died my tears filled an ocean. I was violently submerged – gasping, barely able to stand the shock; swirling in a raging current, a current of time. I was gasping, paralyzed, and choking, wanting to drown, but unable to sink. The current dragged me along –
