AMAZED AT WHERE I AM TODAY – PART 2

Healing is not objective – it’s really subjective and I’ve decided that I’m healed. Doctors told me, “It’s incurable and people never get better.” That’s what I’ve heard. If I want to, I can feel that I have dry eyes some days – I do. But I don’t go to that place. I go to the place that I’ve healed from the suffering and I have a life back. Same thing with grief. EVERY SEASON YOU COME BACK TO ME-PART 1

It is momentous for me that I wrote a completely, new song last week. My song addresses my grief, which always reappears with my child’s approaching birthday and death day. After many years, I accept that my child is truly dead. However, I feel like he is still with me in a different way, and that gives me comfort.
