IT BECAME THE START

I’ve decided that today I want to write about another thing that has really made me happy. That would be my physical, self-image. My entire life I’ve struggled with my weight. Having children and gaining so much weight during my pregnancies (100 pounds with Jason), certainly was real. However, I have found it interesting to see younger pictures of myself where I wasn’t really that heavy. I tortured myself thinking that I was for most of my life.

I think my live performances are getting better; studio recording is truly an art in itself. My arranger, George, is very talented at adding instrumental accompaniment to my songs. I love the effect. WHAT YOU’VE MEANT TO ME – PART 1

When I play those old love songs I can get very nostalgic. “What You’ve Meant to Me,” reflected my uncertainty. I was young, fickle, and not ready to be serious with Michael. Not long after I wrote that song, I broke up with him.
