My song “It’s Not Forever” reminds me how I was certain I would grieve forever. My son’s death changed my life. I’m not sure how I found my way out of Hell, but I am thankful. I must have been carried.

The word “always” is similar to “forever” and represents extreme thinking. “Never” is also extreme, being the opposite.
